Description
Tunnel – pass-through shot blasting machine provided with overhead conveyor and no. 2 motorized hoists – max load capacity 3 tons each.
Max. pass-through clearance: width 1,5 m – height 2 m.
It is provided with no. 6+6 x 7,5 kW turbines. It can operate with only one hoist equipped with motorized device for lifting hook rotation; this device permits to treat a batch of hanging and rotating work pieces into the blast chamber.
Application: treatment of composed structures to be prepared for painting.
- Surface preparation for anticorrosive coating and painting. Removal of oxide and old paint, cleaning and preparation of roughened surfaces suitable for following coating.
