PRIVACY STATEMENT PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679 OF 27 APRIL 2016 ("REGULATION")
In relation to the processing operations of the personal data referred to you (the "Personal Data"), the Data Controller is Cogeim Europe S.r.l. ("Cogeim" or the "Company"), with a registered office in Via Benedetto Gualdoni 15, 20012 Cuggiono (MI) (the "Data Controller").The Personal Data shall be processed in compliance with the principles of correctness, purpose, necessity, non-excessiveness, lawfulness and transparency provided for by the Regulation in order to guarantee the respect for fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as your dignity, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to the protection of personal data pursuant to Art. 6, paragraph 1, letters (b) and (f) of the Regulation for the purpose of being able to respond to your specific requests also for price quotations, that you have formulated on the Company's website. The processing of Personal Data may be carried out both in printed form as well as with computerized tools.The processing of Personal Data will take place for the time strictly necessary to allow the fulfillment of the purposes for which these were obtained and in any case until your consent is withdrawn. For the processing of Personal Data, Cogeim reserves the right to appoint one or more data controllers if it deems it necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes. Personal Data may be disclosed by the Data Controller to the courts, the police or other competent authorities (both Italian and foreign) if required by law or upon the request of the same.Personal Data may be transferred to non-European Union countries on servers owned by Cogeim, and/or other companies connected to it and/or any other persons expressly authorized by the Company, in compliance with the provisions of Art. 45 et seq. of the Regulation. Personal Data, in compliance with the purposes set out in this Notice, may also be made accessible to third-party companies or other entities that perform outsourcing activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as external data controllers.The provision of Personal Data for the aforementioned purposes is mandatory and any refusal to provide such Data will make it impossible to satisfy your requests, as Cogeim may not access them, treat them and process them. Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation, you will have the right to access your personal data and request the copy, rectification, erasure, limitation of treatment and to oppose the treatment itself, by sending a written request, complete with name and surname, with attached a copy of valid identity document (for example, identity card or passport), by e-mail to privacy@cogeim.it. Cogeim undertakes to respond to requests of the Data Subject having the requirements described above, within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the request. In addition to this, pursuant to Art. 77 of the Regulation, the data subject may lodge a complaint with a control authority, if he/she considers that the processing of the Personal Data carried out by the Data Controller relating to him or her infringes the provisions of the Regulations.
