Cogeim: New plants on the press for the treatment of mergers
The constant innovation and continuous COGEIM for the construction of shot blasting and shot peening in line on the press.
It's recent delivery of an 'automatic blasting Series STL / A 1600/8 / TR compact entered into a working process automatic.
The facility which is designed to be placed in the immediate vicinity of the press casting ensures the complete absence of leakage of the abrasive in the environment thus allowing a considerable saving of processing time and space necessary for the treatment phase of the surface, eliminating the time dead storage and transport of the parts to be treated which in the past were taken from the molds and placed on pallets to be subsequently transported in the unit used to blasting.
Said blasting machine intended for a Russian client is composed of a mat of steel mesh with passage of 1600 mm and 380 mm diameter by 8 turbines. 11 Kw. Each, and by devices for loading / unloading devices for the pieces to be treated which are taken directly from the press after a suitable cooling and positioned on the carpet of the shot-blasting using a charger specifically designed to COGEIM.
At the exit, after the pieces have been properly treated, an exhaust system also features automatic pieces on the line-out scheduled for transport to further processing.
